Stir-Fried Chinese Yam with Wood Ear Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Chinese Yam with Wood Ear Mushrooms: Chinese Yam 300g, Dried Wood Ear Mushrooms 10g, Green Onion Segments 15g, Carrot half a root, Salt to taste, Corn Oil to taste.
Method:


1. Soak the wood ear mushrooms in advance.


2. Peel and slice the Chinese yam while wearing gloves.


3. Peel and slice the carrot.


4. Boil water in a pot, blanch the Chinese yam, wood ear mushrooms, and carrot to partially cook.


5. Drain and dry the ingredients.


6. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion segments until fragrant.


7. Add the Chinese yam and other ingredients to the pan and stir-fry.


8. Season with salt to taste, and you can add chicken essence or vegetable seasoning according to your preference.
