Method:
Step 1: Remove the roots from the bean sprouts and rinse them, set aside.
Step 2: Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
Step 3: Clean the pork loin and cut it into thin strips, set aside.
Step 4: Clean the chives and cut them into sections, set aside.
Step 5: Finely chop the dried red chili, ginger, and garlic, set aside.
Step 6: Heat a pan and add Traditional Village Small-Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
Step 7: Add the pork strips.
Step 8: Stir-fry until the pork changes color, then add ginger and garlic and stir until fragrant.
Step 9: Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce to create a rich aroma.
Step 10: Add the bean sprouts and quickly stir-fry to mix evenly.
Step 11: Add the chives.
Step 12: Add dried red chili, vinegar, salt, and chicken flavor powder, stir-fry evenly until cooked.
Step 13: The dish is crisp and refreshing, simple yet delicious.
