Ingredients for Orleans-style grilled skewers: Lean meat 1000 grams, Orleans grill seasoning 2 tablespoons, light soy sauce 1 tablespoon, shredded ginger to taste, cooking oil to taste, cornstarch 1 tablespoon, barbecue seasoning to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Select lean meat with a ratio of 2 fat to 8 lean, clean it thoroughly, and cut it into thumb-sized pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Orleans grill seasoning, shredded ginger to taste, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well, then add cooking oil to lock in the moisture and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: After marinating, skewer the lean meat with clean bamboo sticks (pre-soaked in boiling water).
Step 3: Line an air fryer with parchment paper and lay the skewers flat inside.
Step 4: Spray a moderate amount of cooking oil on the surface of the skewers.
Step 5: Bake in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Remove, sprinkle with barbecue seasoning, flip, and evenly distribute more seasoning.
Step 7: Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 8: The grilled skewers are ready, with a rich Orleans flavor, golden-brown and crispy, leaving a lingering aroma in your mouth.
