Fried Chinese Leek and Pork Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients for Fried Chinese Leek and Pork Dumplings:
– Pork: 260 grams


– Chinese Leek: 80 grams


– Ginger: 3 grams


– Dumpling Wrappers: about 30 pieces


– Salt: 2 grams


– Oyster Sauce: 17 grams


– Starch: 20 grams


– Soy Sauce: 5 grams


– Pepper: a pinch


– Cooking Wine: 10 grams


– Peanut Oil: 10 grams



Method for Fried Chinese Leek and Pork Dumplings:


Step 1: Wash and finely chop the Chinese leek, and mince the ginger.


Step 2: Select pork with a mix of fat and lean, and mince it or use a meat grinder to grind it.


Step 3: Add peanut oil, Chinese leek, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, starch, minced ginger, salt, and cooking wine.


Step 4: Mix all ingredients in one direction until well combined.


Step 5: Take a dumpling wrapper, place an appropriate amount of meat filling on it, and moisten 2/3 of the wrapper with water.


Step 6: Fold and pinch the dumpling tightly with one hand while pushing with the other.


Step 7: Boil a pot of water, place a steamer rack in it, put the dumplings on, cover, and steam for about 12 minutes.
