Pumpkin Buns Recipe from Northeastern Cuisine

Ingredients for Pumpkin Buns:
Pumpkin – 1 piece


Yeast – 5 grams


White sugar – 2 tablespoons


Flour – 500 grams


Warm water – as needed



Method for Making Pumpkin Buns:


Step 1: One piece of pumpkin


Step 2: Peel and remove seeds, cut into thin slices


Step 3: Spread evenly on a plate


Step 4: Steam for 15 minutes


Step 5: Mash the steamed pumpkin, add sugar, and mix well


Step 6: In a large bowl, pour in flour and add pumpkin puree

Step 14: Steam for 15 minutes, then let rest for 3 minutes before opening the lid


Step 15: The buns will be golden and small
