Step 1: Soak the bones in water for one hour to remove blood, then drain and set aside. Step 2: Add cooking oil to a pot, then add soybean paste, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, and simmer for a while on low heat. Step 3: Add water to the pot, place the bones in, and add scallions, ginger, meat cooking packet, rock sugar, and salt. Step 4: Add the cooked sauce. Step 5: Stir well, cover the pot (I use a pressure cooker set to the bone setting; if using a regular pot, cook until the bones are done). Step 6: Before serving, add monosodium glutamate.
