How to Make Vinegar Stir-Fried Clover

Ingredients for Vinegar Stir-Fried Clover: Beef 125g, Egg 1, Green Onion Segments to taste, Sesame Oil to taste, Marinating Meat: Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon, Salt 1/2 tablespoon, Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon, Sugar to taste, Mirin 1 tablespoon, Tenderizer to taste, Oil to taste, Thickening: Corn Starch to taste, Vinegar 2 tablespoons, Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon.
Method: Step 1 (Marinate the meat for 20 minutes in advance) First, stir-fry the meat until it is just cooked (restaurants usually blanch it in oil, but for home cooking, this step can be skipped). Step 2: Once the meat changes color, push it to one side and fry the egg on the other side. Step 3: After both the meat and egg are cooked, add the green onion segments.
