Method for Cinnamon Banana Muffins:
Step 1: Beat 2 eggs and mix with 65g sugar until well combined.
Step 2: Mash 1 banana and mix into the egg mixture.
Step 3: Sift in 130g cake flour, 5g baking powder, and 3g cinnamon powder, then mix well.
Step 4: Pour in 50g corn oil and mix until smooth.
Step 5: Fill the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into a 6-cup muffin tray.
Step 6: Place 0.5cm thick banana slices on top, bake in the oven at 170°C for 30 minutes with the top and bottom heat on the middle rack.
